Job Summary
Our client, a premier children's medical facility, is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join their team. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of payroll systems, and the ability to work with confidential information.

Duties
- Process payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Review and reconcile payroll data, including timesheets, benefits deductions, and tax withholdings
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system
- Prepare payroll reports for management review
- Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local payroll regulations and make necessary updates to ensure compliance
- Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation and distribution

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or related role
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems such as PeopleSoft, Paychex, Workday, or Kronos
- Experience with HRIS systems and general ledger reconciliation
- Experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll processing
